Important Changes coming to SwiftHost.net

Accounts are being suspended slowly from now until June 30th, 2009. If your account was suspended and you would like to retrieve your files, please send an email to support[at]swifthost.net with your username and/or domain name and we will provide you with instructions to download a backup of your home directory.

If you feel your account has been suspended in error, please email support[at]swifthost.net with your username and/or domain name and we will look into the issue for you.

Dear all SwiftHost.net FREE users,

This email is to inform you of changes that are happening to SwiftHost.net and SwiftFree services.

To better ensure our users are receiving the best optimal service, a few changes are being made in regards to services offered at SwiftHost.net

1) We are sad to announce SwiftHost.net will no longer offer free web hosting, as a result, if you have a FREE web hosting account with SwiftHost.net, on or after June 30th, 2009, your account WILL be terminated and your files will NOT be recoverable unless you migrate to our promotional rate plan.

2) SwiftHost.net is announcing the decommission of SwiftFree services, this means ALL SwiftFree users will be terminated on June 30th, 2009.

3) We will be introducing a new hosting package aimed at current SwiftHost.net and SwiftFree users in the event you want to keep your account active or continue to operate a website. The hosting package will NOT be offered to the general public and will only be available to existing free users.

The package will consist of the following:

250 MB Disk Space
5 GB Bandwidth
Unlimited MySQL, Email, Subdomains
Includes the migration of your existing free account to our new premium hosting

$2/month or $15/year (no contract or commitment required)


If you want to sign up for the new promotional package, please send an email to sales@swifthost.net with your current free domain and user name.

Last but not least, delinquent accounts, inactive accounts, or accounts activated in error will ALL be terminated!
